And it is a strength to reach out and ask for help in times of difficulty. Learning to embrace ourselves and our imperfections gives us the resilience needed to thrive.
Through my personal and professional experiences, life has taught me many life-changing lessons – primarily how resilient we are, and that through self-compassion we can become mindful of our struggles and our strengths to respond in a way that is nurturing and supportive.
This understanding means I engage with clients in a compassionate, uplifting and positive approach whether within my one-to-one therapies or workshop facilitation..
